Why we collect personal information?
Your contact information is collected in order to create a reservation under your name for your visit to the restaurant. Your email address or phone number will be used to contact you and confirm your reservation. We might use it to send you information regarding our services or reply to any questions and requests you have. This information will be used for these specific reasons stated above only.
How we collect such information?
When you fill out the “Book a table” form (Form Submission app made by Wix) your contact information is saved along with the submission time and date. This data is saved to create a contact in our contacts list. Whenever visitors submit a form on our site it reaches Wix Inbox, our email and our submissions table that only we can see and have access to.
How do we store collected information?
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Sharing with third-party partners.
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our services. We don't sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will. The third-party partner we share information with is Google Analytics. This service gives us insights into how visitors find and use our website. It provides information like where they came from, what browser they are using, what page they clicked on, how long they stayed on the website, what form they submitted etc..

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a data privacy regulation to protect all EU citizens’ data. It gives our site’s visitors, among other requirements, the right to receive or delete all their personal data.

You can email us and request to send you a copy of your data or permanently delete your data that our site has collected. You will need to confirm your identity and contact details before you get a copy of your data file.

Data collected by third-party apps on our site is not included in the data file and is not erased when we delete the visitor's data. It is our responsibility to retrieve the visitor's data from our site's third-party apps and include it with the data file. There are currently no third-party apps on our website.

Data collected by other services implemented on our site is not included in the visitor's data file or erased when we delete the visitor's data. This includes, for instance, data collected by tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. It is our responsibility to contact these services and retrieve or erase our visitor's data upon request.
